Video/virtual therapy sessions have been a really productive tool for me when I can not make it into the office, due to my travel or work schedule. It allows me to be consistent and get the support needed, and I find it can be equally effective as in person sessions. It is very convenient, extremely easy to do, and it saves a massive amount of time (no commute time, traffic, etc.)
