Please note: Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC has been approved by the NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7372. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC is soley responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Complaints
 
If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC or a continuing education program provided by Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC, the individual may contact the ACEP administrator, Jack Fox, by phone at 540-845-6940 ext. 132 or email (jfox@healthyminds-therapy.com). Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC will consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions, and respond within seven business days.
 
Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations
 
Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC will always provide a full disclosure of the fees for a continuing education program prior to a participant or potential participant signing up for the program. In the event that a participant or potential participant needs to cancel their attendance of a continuing education program, Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC will offer a full refund of any applicable fees if the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled continuing education program.
 
If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled continuing education program, a refund will not be granted to the participant or potential participant. However, a participant or potential participant may request that these fees be applied to any upcoming continuing education program hosted by Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC within six months of the original program. Any questions or concerns about the policies on fees and refunds may be directed to the ACEP administrator, Jack Fox, through phone (540-845-6940 ext. 132) or email (jfox@healthyminds-therapy.com).
 
Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC reserves the right to cancel any scheduled continuing education programs. Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC will strive to give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation of a scheduled continuing education program. In the event of a cancellation on behalf of Healthy Minds Therapy, PLLC, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
