Resident in Counseling
Caroline is a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lafayette College and majored in psychology.Â
With a warm, empathetic approach and a commitment to evidence-based practices, Caroline is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards mental wellness and personal growth. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
Caroline is especially dedicated to helping young clients navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. Caroline has prior experience working with children and adolescents as a student-teacher. She is passionate about empowering youth to understand their emotions, build healthy relationships, and reach their full potential.
Caroline will be working in the Alexandria office and also provides telehealth services!Â
Caroline is a Resident in Counseling and is working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. She works under the supervision of Dr. Michael Deitz, LPC.
