Nina Harvey Bolden

Resident in Counseling

Nina is a Resident in Counseling who graduated from Regent University with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As an advocate for mental wellness, she is passionate about helping you achieve your best self through therapy and support. In creating a personalized experience, she aims to help clients gain the tools and confidence needed in order to face life’s challenges. She is dedicated to fostering resilience within her clients by integrating strength-based approaches into her therapeutic interventions.

Nina has had the opportunity to work with teens and young adults. She has experience working with individuals who are dealing with depression, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity exploration, and family/relational issues. Nina uses an integrative approach to counseling in which she draws on a variety of approaches depending on the needs of her clients. Nina uses aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.

Nina is a Resident in Counseling and is working towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia. She works under the supervision of Jack Fox, LPC.
