Accounts Specialist & Office Manager
Pam Hume, Healthy Minds Therapy’s dedicated Accounts Specialist and Office Manager, is a proud member of the HMT team.
As the Accounts Specialist, she is responsible for and takes pride in ensuring the patient’s accounts are organized, managed, and taken care of with care. Pam recognizes the importance of answering our patient’s financial questions and concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to maintain focus on their mental health treatment. Pam works hard to remove any potential barriers to receiving quality care at HMT. She enjoys interacting with our patients every day and strives to satisfy every patient’s needs as best she can regarding their patient account.
Pam is hard-working, friendly, loyal, and motivating. Insurance can be frustrating and confusing. Pam is here to support you through the mental health journey by navigating the financial side of things. She is a native Virginian, born and raised in Annandale. She grew up spending most of her time in both Annandale and Spotsylvania. Pam is a graduate of Annandale High School and currently lives in Orange County with her family. Pam is extremely close with her large family and if she isn’t working, can usually be found at a sporting event or family gathering!
