There’s a version of you that everyone else seems to know; the strong one. The dependable one. The one who keeps showing up, keeps giving, keeps holding everything together. But behind the smiles, the productivity, and the “I’m fine,” you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or like you’ve slowly lost pieces of yourself along the way. Maybe motherhood feels heavier than you expected. Maybe postpartum brought constant worry, intrusive thoughts, checking if your baby is breathing, fear that something might happen to your child, guilt when you take time for yourself, or the feeling that no one else can care for your baby the way you can. Maybe your relationship feels different, you’re carrying more than your share at home, or you feel alone even when you’re not doing this alone. Maybe you’re successful on the outside, but inside you’re wondering, “When do I get to exhale?”

I work with women navigating anxiety, postpartum anxiety, motherhood, identity shifts, relationship stress, trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, and the invisible mental load that often comes with trying to be everything for everyone. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women who felt like they were losing themselves while trying to care for everyone else. Together, we’ve worked through intrusive thoughts, guilt, perfectionism, boundary struggles, communication challenges, unresolved trauma, and the pressure to “bounce back.” My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and deeply human. My clients often share that they feel truly seen, heard, and supported, sometimes for the first time in a long time. Whether we’re laughing through the tough stuff, sitting in silence that says everything, or gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll build stronger boundaries, healthier coping tools, deeper self-trust, more connected relationships, and the confidence to respond with intention instead of simply reacting.

Therapy should feel accessible, real, and built for your actual life…even in the middle of motherhood, career demands, relationship challenges, or seasons where you barely recognize yourself. You do not need to have it all figured out before reaching out. You just need a willingness to start. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and like yourself again, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Contact our front office to schedule your consultation and intake, and let’s begin creating the healing, clarity, and peace you deserve.
