Antonio White

Resident in Counseling

If you’ve been holding it together for everyone else but feel like you’re falling apart inside, I see you.

I work with teens and adults who are dealing with things like overthinking, feeling stuck or off, past experiences that keep popping its head into your life, grief, or relationship difficulties. A lot of my clients are used to being the “strong one,” but don’t really have a space where they unmask and be their authentic self.

That’s where I come in. I am not here to fix you, pick you apart, or tell you how to live your life. I am here to talk things through with you, help you make sense of what’s going on, and figure out what helps at your pace, not mine.

We might work on things like setting boundaries, breaking out of patterns that keep repeating, reconnecting with parts of yourself you’ve kind of lost along the way, or even discovering who you are. I care deeply about creating a space where people feel accepted as they are, especially those in marginalized communities such as BIPOC individuals or people from the LGBTQ+ community.

Sessions with me feel like real conversations. You don’t have to have it all figured out or say things perfectly. You just have to show up, and we’ll take it from there.
