As therapy is different for everyone, Heather works from a client-centered lens and uses a strength-based approach and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Heather’s goal is to help her clients find their inner strength, be proud of who they are and see the value they bring to the world. She wants therapy to be a space where her clients can express their feelings and thoughts freely.
