Mindfulness Skills Group

Mindfulness Skills Group

This mindfulness group is designed for adults who are navigating stress, anxious thoughts, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of feeling mentally and emotionally stuck. Many people find themselves avoiding difficult emotions or becoming caught in cycles of worry, overthinking, or harsh self-judgment. This group offers a supportive and compassionate space to slow down, build awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding to those experiences.

Through guided mindfulness practices, reflective exercises, and skills-based discussions, participants will learn how to become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical responses without immediately reacting to or avoiding them. Rather than trying to “get rid of” uncomfortable emotions, the group focuses on building the ability to notice and tolerate those experiences with greater self-compassion and emotional balance.

This group is ideal for individuals who want to strengthen their relationship with themselves, feel more present in their day-to-day lives, and develop skills to navigate emotions with greater confidence and flexibility. No prior mindfulness experience is required.
