Reland Finch

Licensed Professional Counselor & Clinical Director

Pronouns: She/Her

Finding a therapist can be really, really hard.  You can look at dozens of profiles on Psychology Today and other websites, trying to feel comfortable and just feeling like nobody really clicks.  On the other hand, it may be stressful even to look for a therapist and admit that you want a little help.  If you’re reading this and feeling overwhelmed, it’s important for you to know that there’s nothing wrong with those feelings.  It’s natural to be a little nervous when you’re looking for someone you can open up to.

You need a therapist who will understand your unique struggles, including both your personal feelings and the marginalization you may face based on your gender or sexual identity, cultural or ethnic background, or socioeconomic circumstances.  In her time as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Reland has worked with diverse clients to explore and address all kinds of issues.   She strives to keep an open mind and an open door; you will never face judgment working with Reland or her colleagues.

Reland’s practice incorporates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, but she works with every client to identify the tools that you need to succeed.  Therapy is never a one-size-fits-all solution – if you choose to work with Reland, you will take steps together to identify what works for you and what doesn’t.  She does not have all the answers but will work with you to try and find them together.

If you’d like to work with an open-minded, affirming therapist, Reland would love to hear from you!
